Arizona Healthy Pet Hospital Group

Hello,
I am new to blogging, but felt inspired tonight to start and begin to share about our small animal hospital group. We are made up of 3 full service pet hospitals in the Southeast Valley. Val Vista Animal Hospital in Gilbert, Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital in Mesa and Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital in Chandler, Arizona. What inspired me was thinking about how our group is made up of really great people. People who care a lot about our clients pets--like their own. This afternoon I came home from August Ranch Animal Hospital, (the Mesa location on Guadalupe and Ellsworth), after we had our monthly staff meeting. I sat in on the meeting and was impressed with the continued excitement and enthusiasm of our team members. Dr. Oliver, Dr Daigle, reception and technician staff all trying to make sure they are committed to providing the best service, care and medicine they can. They commented on many ways to help our patients, from pain management to detailed record keeping. What a great team! We also reviewed phone skills to help our team members be more helpful on the phone. We ate pizza, from our neighboring business, Venezia's, which provide excellent, very large pizzas that can feed our team with only 2 pizza's. Dr. Oliver and I discussed cruciate and patella surgery techniques and the nuances of the procedure's. Anyway, a good day with a great group of care givers.
